how to join?

Joining is easy! Just create an account, choose a membership or class package that works best for you, then browse our schedule and book your class. We can’t wait to see you in the studio!

where to park?

We don’t have designated parking, but there’s plenty of metered street parking available nearby. Just give yourself a little extra time to find a spot!

what should I bring to class?

Mat towel: Required for hygiene and comfort. Don’t have one? No worries we’ve got them available for purchase!

Stay Hydrated: Bring water — you’ll need it for all the sweat. Just a heads-up: please avoid glass bottles for safety reasons.se!

what is your cancellation policy?

We have a 6-hour cancellation policy. To receive your credit back and avoid a penalty fee, you must cancel at least 6 hours before your scheduled class time.

what if I no show?

In the event of a no-show, there will be A charge of A $15 no-show fee PLUS a loss of a class credit.

what is waitlist and how does it work?

If you see a waitlist button, it means the class is full

You can choose to add yourself to the “waitlist”. Once you’re confirmed on the “waitlist”, make sure to enable notifications to be informed if you’re added to the class

If you decide not to wait, please kindly remove yourself from the “waitlist”.

If you stay on the “waitlist” and are added to the class, you may be subject to Late cancellation or no show penalties.
