Honey Sculpt (Strength & Toning)
Sweet but strong—this class blends pilates-inspired, slow, controlled movements with precision-based strength training. Expect deep muscle engagement, improved endurance, and a full-body sculpt that leaves you feeling powerful and refined.
Sweet Flow (Stretching, Mobility, Yoga-Inspired)
A smooth, feel-good movement class designed to enhance flexibility, mobility, and mindfulness. Flow through intentional stretches and controlled movements that restore, rebalance, and leave you feeling centered and revitalized.
Sugar Rush (Cardio, High-Energy, Heart-Pumping)
Get your heart racing with fun, high-energy—yet low-impact—movements that boost endurance and metabolism. Expect dynamic sequences, upbeat tracks, and an empowering sweat that leaves you feeling energized, strong, and totally unstoppable.
FAQs
Do i need to create an account?
All clients must create an account in order to purchase class credits, memberships and register for class.
Where do I park?
Meter parking is available. (free before 730am and after 6pm). Free parking In residential areas. Please do not park in any lots. The only available lot is located across the street at Central Pacific Bank, either before or after hours (payment required).
What are the membership policies?
Membership fees are charged monthly on or prior to the day of the month of the initial membership purchase. Membership fees are nonrefundable. Founders Memberships may not be paused or frozen. Membership terminates permanently and immediately upon any pause, nonpayment, or late payment. Regular Memberships may be paused or "frozen" for one month once per year for a fee of $15. Written notice of pause must be given with at least seven (7) days prior notice to aloha@hisweetstudio.com.
What is the cancellation policy?
We have a 8-hour cancellation policy. To receive your credit back and avoid a penalty fee, you must cancel at least 8 hours before your scheduled class time.
IS there a late cancellation and late/no show fee?
late cancellation fee of $10 will apply for all cancellations that do not meet the Cancellation Notice Requirement (less than eight (8) hours notice). A no-show fee of $15 (“No-Show Fee”) plus a loss of a class credit will apply for no-shows.

What is waitlist and how does it work?
If you see a waitlist button, it means the class is full
You can choose to add yourself to the “waitlist”. Once you’re confirmed on the “waitlist”, make sure to enable notifications to be informed if you’re added to the class
If you decide not to wait, please kindly remove yourself from the “waitlist”.
If you stay on the “waitlist” and are added to the class, you may be subject to Late cancellation or no show penalties
